The Mean Girls Mansion Could Be Yours! If You Want To Move To Canada

Mean Girls fans, brace yourselves: 11 High Point Road — a.k.a. Regina George's spectacular estate in the 2004 cult comedy film, Mean Girls — just hit the market in Toronto, Canada. And, if you happen to have an extra $12M lying around, it could be yours.

The 20,000 square foot, NeoClassical property sits on just over two acres and features six-and-a-half bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a tennis court and a six-car garage. Needless to say, it's pretty fetch.

Many of the rooms fans will recognize from the movie, though we have a feeling that whomever buys the home will probably not be doing it out of nostalgia for Lindsay Lohan. Click through to see more.

The grand entrance hall features a sweeping staircase, and Italian marble. Lots and lots of Italian marble.

The home's facade will be familiar to fans of the movie, who might also recognize it as the backdrop for Regina George's Lexus.

We're right there with you, Regina.

The double-height great room comes with a coffered ceiling and marble fireplace.

A "Juliette balcony" overlooks the great room. There's also a harp, natch.

Although it wasn't featured in the film, the kitchen comes with quartz countertops, and high-end Wolf appliances.

An elegant dining room features two chandeliers, and a sizable tapestry — and how great is that rug?

An airy, decadent upstairs hallway with even more marble.

A wood-paneled den provides a more masculine retreat.

A second den, done in lighter colors, would presumably have been the perfect retreat for Amy Poehler's "cool mom" character.

Regina's bedroom from the movie is much more subdued in real life. (Burn book not included.)

If only this closet came with as well!

The lavish bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a marble bench.

Another bathroom features a spa-like tub and mirrored wall.

The billiards room is spacious enough for many a teen house party.
