Moisturizer instead of heavy foundation, lip balm in lieu of colorful lipstick, eyeshadow in place of harsh liner — the au naturel look is definitely having a moment. That's why we want you to join in — and win big while you're at it.

We're launching a brand-spankin'-new Instagram giveaway, #BeautyDEFINEDContest. Every Monday for the next three weeks, we'll present an eye look and challenge you guys to recreate it for a chance to win $2,000 (nope, not a typo) plus a whole year's worth of 1-DAY ACUVUE® DEFINE® Brand Contact Lenses. The first challenge is a metallic lid that enhances your eye color. If you take a peek at our images here, you'll notice this isn't your average Saturday-night go-to with loads of silver shadow. This is a soft and subtle look using metallics that brighten the irises instead of overwhelming them. The key is finding the perfect, eye-opening hue (we chose a neutral pinky-peach shade for our model's dark-brown eyes). You can also try complementary colors: Violet-toned metallics pair well with green eyes, orange-toned shadows make blue eyes pop, you get the idea.
