Lancome Jason Wu IV Makeup Collection 2015

We have new makeup collections becoming available and they are some awesome pieces by top designers who are allowing us to wear their creations not only on our waists and torsos but also on our faces, not made of fabric but of creams and powders and tubes and brushes. If you are looking for the perfect runway look, look no further than the Lancome Jason Wu IV makeup collection 2015, wherein our favourite designer teams with Lancome to bring to us a makeup collection that is made to be featured under the spotlight. It is there to make us regular people feel alive and sparkly, as if we ourselves are walking that runway, showing off those slender, awesome clothes, while we garner the attention of adoring celebrities and fans alike. Yes, this is one collection that at least has us feeling that way, even if we are not actually models on a catwalk. The streets are our makeshift stages and the strangers who stare? They are our adoring fans.

The collection is set to become available for the mass public within June 2015, but only in the United States. It will be sold at Macy’s and Neiman Marcus. But what can you expect to find among its treasures?

Lancôme All Over Face Palette Jason Wu IV ($60.00) (Limited Edition)

This is quite possibly the best piece from the whole of the collection. The All Over Face Palette includes 12 eye shadows, as well as a bronzer, and a blush. It actually rather reminds us of our starter makeup sets in that case, or even some of the palettes that we graduated to from Sephora. The multi-palette’s design and clasp are rather lovely unto themselves, having been inspired by those frivolous but functional Jason Wu handbags that were featured this year at his fall 2015 RTW show during New York Fashion Week.

Lancôme Dual End Liner & Shadow Brush #18 ($32.50)

If you have an all over palette, you are going to need this versatile dual-ended brush as well, a piece which is the ideal partner to eye shadows, both powder (wet or dry) and cream shadows. Yes, it was most definitely made with the Jason Wu All Over Face Palette IV in mind, to be used with all 12 shades as well as the blush and bronzer. It was designed with two sides in order to ensure both portability and convenience: the flat, angled side is used to draw out the precise lines on the lids and lower lash line, while the tapered, rounded side is the right tool to perfectly blend it all on. Angled side cut at sharper angles are there to create better lining for the brows themselves. While some collections lack the brushes, Wu knows that you need to make a complete offering or none at all.

Lancôme Artliner Precision Point EyeLiner ($30.50)

There are 6 shades to the eyeliner we are offered here. They are lovely and entirely fitting with our particular shade needs when it comes to creating the perfectly lined eyes.
